Recognizing that stable housing is a critical component of successful recovery, this program provides supportive housing opportunities designed to promote stability, treatment engagement and long-term recovery outcomes. This is done by addressing both clinical and social determinants of health. Our program creates an environment where individuals can focus on healing and building a sustainable foundation for recovery. 

RhemaWell Inc's mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality and accessible behavioral health and addiction treatment services. We believe this will empower individuals to achieve lasting recovery, improved mental health and enhance overall quality of life. 

The site has been in operation for over 9 months now servicing patients and promoting crisis stabilization within the community. The site promotes health and wellness to people coming in off of the street, homeless with nowhere to turn; to people facing major life challenges whether to live or die. RhemaWell Inc promotes wellness of the mind, body and soul. A positive patient experience and transformation occurs in one's life from being in this program.

The newest addition to the program is our community pharmacy. The vision for this in-house pharmacy is to maximize and provide affordable medications for patients. This will be done through a federal drug discount program called 340B. The program will commence after RhemaWell Inc obtains FQHC designation and will comply with HRSA guidelines. The pharmacy will be a continuity of care for all MAT sessions the program offers. When providers prescribe medication for patients, prescriptions will be sent in-house to the community pharmacy. This promotes a positive patient care experience by being a "one stop shop" for all clinical and medical needs. Medication Therapy Management (MTM) counseling will be offered for patients starting new medication and those continuing therapy.

The current status of the pharmacy is still "a pre-operational workflow" due to the buildout phase still occuring. The actual buildout of the pharmacy had to come to a pause because of lack of funding to complete the project. We believe once there is a solution to this matter, this project will be completed. The community pharmacy will be a vital piece for patients in the program and in the community. All patients will be entitled to affordable medications and patient assistance programs onsite.   

Another service that will be offered to all people is IV therapy. We will have an infusion suite offering IV wellness infusions (i.e IV hydration therapy, IV beauty/cosmetic therapy, etc). This adds another layer of promoting wellness of the mind, body and soul.

In conclusion, our program has already touched many lives for the better. The results of changed lives show there is an undying need for strong health services in this underserved community. Individual lives are being affected everyday by living in this community. Health disparities arise predominantly because of lack of access to care and resources. At RhemaWell Inc, we want to cause this paradigm shift by continuing to accept people from all walks of life regardless of their financial status and ability to pay.
